I have worked in Marketing since graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2005.  I have covered a number of products and services, from perfume packaging to wine, and more recently I work at Age UK, fundraising to help lonely and isolated older people.  Marketing is a passion of mine and I love finding ways to engage people and understand their motivations.  I hope that this will be a useful skill as a Governor.

This is my first experience as a Governor and already I have found it a rewarding and educational experience.  I hope not only to bring my knowledge and expertise to Crosshall Junior, but also to learn from Anne and the team as well as my fellow Governors.

I am a keen runner and am a member of Riverside Runners.  I recently completed my first half marathon and have a couple more lined up in the near future.  I also love to bake, finding the process therapeutic, and love to share my cakes and creations with friends and family.  I’m an avid reader and you’ll often find my head in a book (not kindle!) on my commute into London.
